This year I have dealt with several buyers who are interested in retiring here in the beautiful Sierra’s; on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Sierra County.

 

It has been very interesting to note that my buyers have different reasons for buying – some as investment with a desire to perhaps use the home for a week or so a year, some only as investment property and a few buyers contemplating the potential of becoming a retirement property at some point.

 

In any case, we have been successful in purchasing these properties at excellent pricing for my buyers.  Statistics are proving out that property pricing in our local ‘areas’ are currently stabilizing – therefore with an almost certain guarantee of increased values to come for the buyers, no matter what the use of the property.

 

In any case, being asked to ‘manage’ these properties for my buyers seemed like a perfect fit for my professional management style.  I am currently accepting applications for long term leases management for those homeowners who desire the professional property management I have provided to my commercial property owners for several years.
